We support mid-sized organisations (200–2000 staff) across finance, government, healthcare, retail, and education — especially those undergoing digital transformations such as ERP, CRM, Cloud, or HCM implementations.

Each tier includes a fixed number of support hours and curated services:

  • Navigator (5 hrs/month): Strategy consults, toolkit access, and email support.

  • Pathfinder (15 hrs/month): Everything in Navigator, plus tailored change planning and exec briefings.

  • Trailblazer (30 hrs/month): Full embedded change lead, communication delivery, stakeholder coaching, and sentiment tracking.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with 30 days’ notice. We know transformation needs evolve — your support should too.

No problem. Additional hours are available at a pre-agreed fixed rate with your approval, so there are no surprises.

Also, we are pragmatic. 

We provide a usage-based tracking dashboard through our client portal, so you know exactly how your hours are being used and what outcomes are being delivered.

Navigator (Bronze) is month-to-month. Pathfinder and Trailblazer require a 3-month minimum, after which you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Our service is designed to be virtual-first for agility and scalability. However, in some cases we can arrange in-person sessions if needed.

Yes. All tiers include access to our proprietary change toolkits and templates — the same assets we use with clients. These are editable and exportable to PDF and PowerPoint.

Yes — we tailor our approach to your context. While the tools are ready-to-go, our service always includes advice and adaptation to your needs and digital maturity.

Absolutely. Trailblazer clients benefit from coaching and training to embed change capability. We also offer readiness assessments and stakeholder support.

Yes — new clients can experience the Navigator tier for free (1 hour + toolkit access) to see the value before committing to a subscription.
